What Issues are Involved in Your DUI Case?

What Issues are Involved in Your DUI Case

A reckless driver and the alcohol are the two main issues always present when the driving under the influence leads either to accident or legal liabilities. But they’re not the prime concern if the case is already being tried and the accused is gravely praying for the judgment of acquittal which the court can hardly grant due to the gravity of the offense and its corresponding consequences. However, that doesn’t mean that everything is over for the offender; there are some issues which are not imputable to him but can turn the verdict into something that he might have never expected.
A glass of alcohol and car keys

It’s the errors committed by the police officers during DUI search and arrest that may free the accused from any liability. You may argue about the clemency of the law, but when the evidences of the prosecution were illegally taken, they can’t be admitted  by the court in the trial, except perhaps for justifiable and exempting reasons. Thus, when the essential proofs were not admitted, the state prosecutor could hardly establish the guilt of the offender beyond reasonable doubt, and that may then lead to a favorable judgment for the liberty and financial liability of the accused. Specifically, the issues involved in the search or arrest which may end up to such outcome are the following:

  • No Probable Cause – this is the issue when the police officers have stopped you along the way without any justifiable cause relative to their suspicion. If they have suspected you for DUI, then the causes of the stop order should be reasonable enough on the part of the law enforcers so as to avoid violating your privacy. Hence, in the case where the officers have no probable cause, you should be wise in refusing to allow them to search you to avoid further abuses or errors they might commit against your will. And don’t ever forget that, without any valid cause, their search is limited only to “plain view.”
  • Improper Procedure in DUI Tests – when the procedure prescribed for by the law was not properly followed in the administration of the tests, then the results are ultimately void, and can never be used to prosecute the accused. Thus, you should always be aware of the right process in taking the DUI tests; otherwise, you’ll be victimizing your own self.
  • Defective Machine – the results of the defective machines can really not be used as evidence to prove your guilt for DUI for obvious reason: it would be an injustice to you. But how can you know that the machine is defective? Well, if it gives an inconsistent or irregular result, then your doubt for its deficiency may be true, and that then could be your reason to question the reliability of the results. How about in field sobriety test? Obviously, there’s no machine, but the result may still possibly be erroneous especially when there are some circumstances such as the  night time or your physical condition.
  • Violation of the Miranda Rights of the Accused – it’s one irregularity which you should always look out for especially when the officers forgot to inform you with the consequences of your act, the refusal in taking any test, and other statutory rights safeguarded by law for the benefit of the accused. Top of it all are your rights to be informed, remain silent, and hire a lawyer of your own choice. If the officers have willfully or negligently violate these rights, then it could be favorable to the status of your case or its judgment which may be mitigated due to the attending errors committed by the officers.

The issues are not just really limited to the commission and the penalties of DUI, but is also extended to the irregularities that can violate the rights of the accused. Hence, from now on, you should be cautious enough to avoid making yourself an “issue” under the law!

The Chevy Corvette – One of the Most Popular Sport Car in the US

The Chevy Corvette is a well-known sports car designed by General Motors. The Corvette has been in production since 1953, when it was first introduced as a show car. It was developed in response to the optimism that came during the post-war period, but it wasn’t well-received at first. In the 1960s, however, Chevrolet improved on the design of the Corvette and it became more popular among consumers. Throughout the 1980s, the Corvette fell in popularity, so it was redesigned again at the end of the 1990s. In the new millennium, the Corvette was presented as a technologically advanced sports car unlike any other, and the public received it well.

The most recent model of Chevy Corvette released was the C6 Corvette. First released in 2005, this car features exposed headlamps, which haven’t been seen on a Corvette since 1962. In addition, the C6 has a 6.0 liter V8 engine and comes as a 6 speed manual or automatic. The C6 Corvette is available as a convertible, targa top, or coupe. Like its predecessor, the C6 Corvette has a front engine and rear transmission. It was made shorter and slimmer in order to be more compatible with the European market, however. The C6 has relatively good fuel economy with 16/26 mpg for the manual transmission and 15/25 mpg for the automatic transmission.

The seventh generation Corvette has been in the works at General Motors since 2007. Originally, it had been said that the C7 Corvette would be released in 2011, but it hasn’t yet occurred. The C7 is still being tweaked, but it is likely that it will be presented sometime by 2012, with the car coming to dealerships in the fall of 2012. It is also expected that the C7 Corvette will retain the rear-wheel drive and front-engine characteristics of previous Corvette models.

The C7 Corvette will feature a 5.5 liter V8 engine with multiple advancements including a new combustion system and an aluminum block. It is likely that the C7 will feature 440 hp horsepower, which will be higher than that available on the C6 model Corvette. Since the C7 will be equipped with a smaller engine, the fuel economy of this new model will show dramatic improvement over the C6. Aesthetically, the C7 will be different as well. The coupe model will have a split rear window. In addition, the interior of the vehicle will include upgrades and higher quality materials. It is expected that even casual observers will notice an apparent change in this new model of Corvette.

The new Chevy Corvette is expected to show significant improvements on the previous models, which were already of high quality. However, the Corvette does not come at a small price. Currently, the least expensive Corvette model, the 2011 Coupe, starts at slightly more than $49,000 base price. The most expensive model, the 2011 ZR1, has a starting MSRP of $110,300. With all of the options selected, this car can cost as much as $135000. It is even possible to select an “engine build package,” in which the buyer can fly to the manufacturing facility and participate in the construction of the vehicle’s engine.

If you do not wish to purchase a new Corvette, you may also be able to obtain one by buying it used. Some used Corvette models can be obtained at much lower prices than what you would be required to pay for the same car as new. However, you will probably have to buy an older model or one that has substantial miles on it. It is possible to find cars in good condition for sale and save some money, however. Nevertheless, it should be noted that some of the rarer used models may be more expensive than a new Corvette.

For those who cannot afford to purchase a Corvette of their own or would simply like to try one out for a while before making a permanent purchase, there are several options available to rent a Chevrolet Corvette. Depending on your location, prices can be very different for Corvette rentals. In general, the price to rent a more expensive Corvette model, such as the Chevy Corvette Convertible, will be higher than the cost of renting a Chevy Coupe. The price will also vary based on how long you plan to keep the car.

If you are looking for Corvette convertible rentals in Miami, for example, one very good company is Miami Luxury Auto Rent, which can be found online at http://www.miamiluxuryautorent.com. With this company, you can rent a Chevy Corvette Convertible for $199 per day or $1199 per week. Renting weekly rather than daily will save you approximately $200 per week. Cars can also be rented by the hour with a minimum of 4 hours. In order to rent a car, you must be 21 years of age or older, have a valid driver’s license, and current insurance. This particular company will pick you up and drop you off for your rental, deliver and pick up the car, or pick up and deliver at the airport or at a hotel. Miami Luxury Auto Rent accepts all form of payment including cash, check, credit card, debit card, or a traveler’s check. It is also possible to rent a car monthly for a discounted price. You can contact the company directly for more information about all of their rental services.

The Chevy Corvette is one of the most popular sports care currently on the market. With a long, rich history dating back to the 1950s, the Corvette is an American icon. However, the Corvette is not a cheap vehicle. A new Corvette will cost you at least $49,000, and a Chevy Corvette Convertible will be even pricier. Used Corvettes are less expensive than new ones, but still aren’t extremely affordable. For those wishing to try out a Corvette or drive one on a temporary basis, it is best to rent one for a pre-determined fee. You can rent a Corvette on an hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly basis depending on your needs. There is usually a discount available for longer rental periods.

Exotic Cars- Is the Dream of every Sport Car lover

My dreams were also extraordinary.

Infrequently, I fantasize big and reach for the stars. Though I had to work extremely hard, my dream was to buy an unusual and luxury automobile.

Last year, I got a new automobile. Originally, I had set my heart on a Ferrari, but my other half failed to agree with my idea and claimed:” It is a bit ‘over budget.” Luckily, the producers of exotic and luxury cars are others that are built with the same frame, at a cost-effective cost. As an example, the Audi R8 Spider has the same engine as the Murcielago Lamborghini, Maserati, which uses a Ferrari engine in its cars. The Maserati GranTurismo is another one of my dream autos; I adore the style of Italian automobiles.

Luckily, they offer many features, for example, the Ferrari one 3rd of the price! Don’t get me wrong, I want the driver of the Ferrari 430 I have dreamed about for so many years to have a fabulous vehicle. A week ago, I ultimately saw an indication from heaven, which inspired me to ask to have one of those automobiles.

I saw TV stories in which they revealed that a merchant of high-end cars is opening a showroom less than thirty miles from home. Right away, I jumped on the company’s site and started to explore. Luckily, I discovered precisely what number of these autos would basically cost. I didn’t have much cash to buy a Ferrari. Hence, I determined to purchase a used Exotic and High-end car from that shop.

I was ready to buy Maserati quickly. It came in the price at less than $ eighty thousand U.S.

Bucks, which works superbly in my budget. Now may be the time to go to the new dealer! Now I Had the opportunity to drive the GranTurismo; I fell head over heels in love with the automobile. Only I say folk are silly to buy autos at a price like that.

These autos are made in Italy, so the standard of the individual keys and Swatch of fabric was superb. Typically, producers of high-end cars aren’t debatable in price, as the demand is terribly robust, and it’s very hard to purchase a new Ferrari with that much cash. Therefore, an Exotic and Expensive car is now my best mate.

I’ll take it anywhere I need. I like to purchase my vehicle. For more in-depth information Miami Exotic Autos Rental Miami Exotic Vehicles Rental – Big selections of exotic and luxury rental vehicles in Miami. Drive your dream vehicle today!

Things To Consider When Moving To Another State

Things To Consider When Moving To Another State

Changing locations is tricky business.  There are so many things to think about to make moving as smooth as possible.  It may be less of a hassle when you just have to move houses within the city.  You do not have to look for new schools for the kids and think about state taxes.  But the difficulty begins when you need to transfer to a totally new state.

Aside from the adjustment that you yourself has to make, you also have to consider how your family can cope with all the changes.  Say you are currently living in Miami, Florida and you have to transfer to the other end of the country, say Berkeley, California.  Before you can start with the detailed plans, you have to browse through Berkeley real estate sites to get a good idea on potential residential areas.  You also have to consider your budget, its proximity to business centers and many more.

But when planning is done right, your impending move might not become so overwhelming.  The key is to get all the significant information to help you come up with a good moving out plan.  Here are some things that you need to consider when moving to another state.  You may want to note these helpful guidelines to make your transfer hassle-free and systematic.

Find Affordable Places

When your reason for moving out is personal, you will have the opportunity to look for places that fall within your budget.  Find towns and cities where the cost of living is within your means.  You may want to check sites like www.oaklandrealestate.org where you will be able to look for houses with your desired price range.

Also consider the average salary that you will earn and how far you can stretch it out.  If your job sent you for relocation then your transfer may be a little easier since your company may help you with your settlement.

Hire Reliable Moving Companies

The effort in getting your stuff transferred from one place to another is no joke, especially when moving across the country.  Before selecting a moving company, sort your possessions thoroughly.  Get rid of all the things that you do not need by giving them away or by organizing a garage sale.  Aside from saving money you will not deal with needless stuff in your new place.

When you are ready to contact a moving company, do a background check first.  Read reviews from other people.  Also check the contract and ask about insurance before signing.

Know State Taxes Information

The state income tax can have a great impact when you relocate to a new state.  Property tax and sales tax will also vary and you should have a know-how on how to deal with these.  Just weigh the real pros and cons first as you evaluate the tax tables and this might help you in making your decisions.

Look for Schools for the Kids

You can start doing this by doing research online.  There are helpful sites that can give factual information about the school’s environment, student-teacher ratio as well as enrollment by gender, cultural background and the like.

7 Tips for Saving Money on a Car Rental in Miami

The daily rate is only part of what a Miami car rental costs. Taxes, airport fees, insurance, tolls, fuel and parking can add as much again, and most of that is avoidable if you decide before you reach the counter.

These seven tips cover where the money actually goes. Fees and laws were checked in October 2026.

1. Compare the total, not the daily rate

A $35 a day car and a $45 a day car can end up costing the same. Before you book, open the price breakdown and look for:

  • Florida rental car surcharge. $2 per day, charged on the first 30 days of every rental in the state.
  • Sales tax. 7 percent in Miami-Dade County.
  • Airport charges. Rentals at the airport usually carry a customer facility charge, which pays for the rental car building, and a concession recovery fee.
  • Vehicle license and waste tire and battery fees. Small daily amounts that most companies pass along.

Search results often show the base rate first. The figure that matters is the one on the final screen, just before you pay.

2. Price a pickup away from the airport

The airport’s Rental Car Center is the most convenient place to rent and often not the cheapest, because of the airport charges above. Check two alternatives:

  • Neighborhood branches of the national brands, in places such as downtown, Miami Beach or Coral Gables.
  • Local independent agencies near the airport, such as Miami Rent A Car, many of which pick customers up for free. Our guide to independent car rental agencies in Miami lists several.

Do the whole sum. A cheaper rental that needs a $30 ride each way is not cheaper. If you do rent at the airport, the MIA Rental Car Center guide explains pickup and return.

3. Do not pay for insurance twice

Coverage sold at the counter can add a large share to the bill. You may already have some of it:

  • Your own auto policy often extends to a rental car in the United States.
  • Many credit cards include collision damage coverage when you pay for the rental with that card and decline the company’s waiver.
  • Travel insurance sometimes includes rental car damage.

Call your insurer and your card issuer before the trip and ask exactly what is covered, what is excluded and whether the coverage is primary or secondary. If you have none of the above, such as many international visitors, buying coverage is the sensible choice. Decide at home, not at the counter.

4. Handle tolls on purpose

Miami’s expressways are cashless, and every rental company bills tolls in its own way. Some charge a fee only on the days you use a toll. Others sell an unlimited plan that is charged for every day of the rental, used or not.

For a short trip with mostly local driving, the unlimited plan rarely pays off. Our guide to rental car tolls in Miami compares the major companies and shows how to use your own SunPass or E-ZPass.

5. Bring the car back full

Refueling charges are among the easiest fees to avoid.

  • Skip the prepaid fuel option unless you are sure you will return the tank nearly empty.
  • Fill up a few miles from the airport. Stations closest to it tend to charge the most.
  • Keep the receipt and photograph the fuel gauge when you park.

6. Book early, then check again

Rental prices move with demand. Winter, spring break, holiday weekends and big events push them up.

  • Reserve as soon as your dates are set, and choose a rate you can cancel for free.
  • Look again a week or two before the trip and rebook if the price has dropped.
  • Check the weekly rate. Five or six days can cost more than seven.
  • Rent the size you need. A compact is cheaper to rent, fuel and park.
  • Watch the extras: additional driver fees, one-way fees, and the daily surcharge for drivers under 25.

7. Rent only for the days you need a car

In Miami Beach, parking alone can cost more than the car. If part of your stay is in South Beach, downtown or Brickell, you may not need a car on those days.

A common plan is to go car-free for the city days and rent for one or two days to see the Everglades or the Keys.

Frequently asked questions

Is it cheaper to rent a car at Miami airport or off airport?

Off-airport locations often have lower totals because they do not carry the same airport charges. Compare the full price for your dates and include the cost of getting there.

What taxes and fees apply to a Miami car rental?

Every rental carries Florida’s $2 per day rental surcharge and 7 percent sales tax in Miami-Dade County. Airport rentals add a customer facility charge and a concession recovery fee, and most companies add small vehicle license and tire and battery fees.

Do I need the rental company’s insurance in Florida?

Not if your own auto policy or credit card already covers the rental. Confirm before you travel. If you have no other coverage, buy it.

How can I avoid the under-25 fee?

You usually cannot, but the amount differs by company. Compare a few, including local agencies. See what to know about renting a car in Miami.

The bottom line

Compare totals, price a pickup away from the airport, know your insurance before you travel, and make a plan for tolls, fuel and parking. Those four decisions account for most of the difference between a cheap Miami rental and an expensive one.

Fees and tax rates were checked against Florida statutes and county sources in October 2026. Rental companies set their own charges, so read your rental agreement.

Miami Auto Repair Services

Miami Auto Repair
Your car is your pride and joy. It gets you and your loved ones to where you need to be, and it does it without complaining. Unfortunately, in these tough economic times it can be hard to find the money you need to keep your car or truck in good running condition. Tune ups, oil changes, new tires and all of the other things that need to be taken care of or replaced on your vehicle all cost money. Sometimes the cost seems to high, but if you wait until something on your car or truck breaks the cost will be even higher. That is why it is so important to have a auto repair shop that you can depend on, not only for the big expensive issues, but also for the everyday maintenance that needs to be done.

If you do not already have a auto service place that you know and trust, finding the right repair service for you and your car can be stressful and time consuming. There are several things you can do to make the search easier, though. The best way to find trustworthy and reliable Miami auto repair services is by asking your friends and family about the shops that they have used. Once you have had a few shops recommended to you, with a little bit of time and research you will be able to find out which one is right for you.

Take the time to call around to the shops that you are looking into and find out whether or not they are licensed and ask about their mechanics’ certifications. Tell them about your car and if you are having a problem, tell them about that as well. Get price quotes on the repairs you need or quotes on regular maintenance so that you know how much you will need for different issues.

After you have spoken with your potential repair services, you should have a good idea about which of them will be able to help you maintain your car or truck, at the best price for you. If you are still unsure, speak with friends and family again or even use the internet to see what other people have said about the shops you are looking into. This way, you should know where you will take your car, before you ever need to take it there.

Miami Transportation Services: Every Way to Get Around

Miami has more ways to get around than most visitors expect: two rail systems run by the county, free trolleys, two regional trains, taxis, ride apps, rental cars and shared bikes. The trick is knowing which one fits the trip in front of you.

This overview covers each service, what it costs and when to use it, with links to our detailed guides. Fares and rates were checked against official sources in October 2026.

Public transit

Miami-Dade Transit runs the core of the system.

  • Metrorail is the elevated train, with a line from the airport and a line from the northwest suburbs that meet and run through downtown to Dadeland South. It operates from 5 a.m. to midnight.
  • Metromover is a free automated train that loops through downtown and Brickell.
  • Metrobus covers the rest of the county. Route 150, the Miami Beach Airport Express, links the airport with Miami Beach.

You can pay by tapping a contactless bank card or phone at the gate or farebox. Fares are capped at $5.65 a day when you use the same card or device.

The City of Miami and the City of Miami Beach also run free trolleys on neighborhood routes. They are separate systems with their own maps and hours.

Regional trains

  • Tri-Rail is the commuter train through Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. It stops at the Miami airport station and at Fort Lauderdale’s airport station.
  • Brightline is the faster intercity train from MiamiCentral station downtown to Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach and Orlando.
  • Amtrak runs long-distance trains north from its Miami station.

Taxis

Taxis are easiest to find at the airport, the cruise port, major hotels and taxi stands in busy areas. Elsewhere, call or book ahead.

Miami-Dade County sets the meter rates:

  • $2.95 for the first sixth of a mile
  • $0.85 for each additional sixth of a mile up to one mile
  • $0.55 for each sixth of a mile after that
  • $0.40 per minute of waiting time

Trips that start at Miami International Airport add a $2 airport fee and have a $15 minimum. SUVs and vans may charge 30 percent above the meter. At the airport, use the official taxi stands outside baggage claim on the arrivals level and ignore anyone offering a ride inside the terminal. The airport posts current rates on its taxi page.

Ride apps

Uber and Lyft operate throughout the county and are usually the simplest way to go door to door. At the airport, pickups are on both the arrivals and departures levels, and the app shows the door number.

Prices rise with demand. Expect higher fares on weekend nights in South Beach, on cruise mornings, after big events and during heavy rain. If the quote looks high, compare it with a metered taxi.

Rental cars

A car is the right tool for the Everglades, the Keys, the suburbs and any day with several stops. In South Beach and downtown it can be more trouble than it is worth, because parking is expensive and limited.

For weddings, corporate travel or a group heading to the port, a pre-booked car service gives you a fixed price and a driver who is waiting when you arrive. Book with a licensed company, get the total in writing including tolls and gratuity, and confirm the pickup spot.

Bikes

Citi Bike Miami has more than 160 stations across Miami and Miami Beach, available around the clock. It works well for short trips along the beach and through neighborhoods such as South Beach and Brickell. Ride in bike lanes where they exist and take extra care on the causeways.

Getting to and from the airport and the port

From Miami International Airport, the free MIA Mover connects the terminal to the Miami Intermodal Center, where you find Metrorail, Tri-Rail, buses and the Rental Car Center.

  • Downtown or Brickell: Metrorail Orange Line, $2.25.
  • Miami Beach: Route 150 Miami Beach Airport Express, $2.25, or a taxi or ride app.
  • PortMiami: A ride app or taxi is simplest. See how to get to PortMiami from the airports.

Accessibility

Miami-Dade’s trains, buses and trolleys are wheelchair accessible. The county also runs Special Transportation Service, a door-to-door paratransit service for eligible riders at $3.50 a trip, and wheelchair-accessible taxis are available on request at the airport.

Frequently asked questions

What is the cheapest way to get around Miami?

The Metromover and the city trolleys are free. Metrorail and Metrobus cost $2.25 a ride and no more than $5.65 a day when you tap the same card.

Do I need a car in Miami?

Not for a stay centered on downtown, Brickell and Miami Beach. You will want one for the Everglades, the Keys and most suburbs.

Are taxis or ride apps cheaper in Miami?

It depends on demand. Ride apps are often cheaper at quiet times and more expensive when demand surges. Taxis charge the same metered rate at any hour.

Is there a train from Miami airport to downtown?

Yes. The Metrorail Orange Line runs from the airport station to Government Center and Brickell.

The bottom line

Use the free Metromover and trolleys for short trips, Metrorail and Route 150 for the airport, a ride app or taxi late at night, and a rental car for the days you leave the city.

How to Find a Great Car Rental Deals

How to Find a Great Car Rental Deals

Before reserving a vehicle when going to Florida or Los Angeles, the Internet can be a very useful tool. The Internet is where tourists can find the best car rental deals that will make their trips a much more enjoyable affair. The Internet allows people to find and reserve their vehicles by doing a comparison search.

In order to find great Orlando car rental deals at the Orlando International Airport, people only need to visit a website that shows them the prices that are available on various vehicles. On one such website, several different vehicles can be rented for a significant amount taken off of the regular price. Some of them include:

• The Chevrolet Aveo: This car can be had for $21/day,
• The Chevrolet Impala: As a larger car than the Aveo, its price is $25/day,
• The Jeep Liberty: This medium-sized SUV comes at a price of $27/day,
• The Pontiac G6: This medium-sized vehicle fits five grown people with four pieces of luggage for $27/day,
• The Dodge Caravan: For those who would like the space a minivan has to offer, they could not do much better than the Dodge Caravan for $40/day,
• The Chrysler 300: For travelers who need a more luxurious drive, the Chrysler 300 offers it to them for $50/day.

In another way to find rental cars for lower prices, tourists may visit the websites of individual car rental agencies. Travelers will find the best Miami car rental deals here, because these car rental companies sometimes give their clients nice discounts. With coupons, people looking for deals can print them for discounts directly from the website. Coupons that allow people to save five percent exist for:

• People over the age of 50,
• Students,
• School teachers and administrators,
• Military and government personnel,
• People who work for airlines,
• Members of the rental company’s discount clubs,
• Law enforcement personnel,
• Weekend car rentals,
• For choosing a smaller, less expensive vehicle.

Tourists can also take the opportunity to enjoy the rewards that some rental companies offer their clients. Signing up for these programs is free for everyone, and gives them several chances to receive a discount:

• The corporate program gives businesses five percent off of their car rentals,
• The Visitation program allows for a five percent discount for everyone who is visiting a national park, for instance,
• Signing up for their newsletters brings great deals and offers right to people’s email inboxes.

When people purchase a vacation package for their Opa-Locka rental deals, part of the deal is the rental car. Travelers can book their car rental in several different ways:

• They can arrange to rent the car only,
• The car and the hotel may be reserved together,
• The car can be reserved along with airline reservations,
• The car, airline travel and the hotel accommodations may be booked all at once.

After people have chosen how they want to book their travel, they can do a comparison shopping expedition that will show them the best prices available for what they need. All they have to do is type the name of the airport they are leaving from and the airport where they will arrive, if they want to seek a price on airline tickets, also. Then they will need to tell the system their check-in time and check-out time, if they have chosen to search for a hotel. Then all they will do is tell them how many rooms they need and the numbers and ages of the people traveling.

Although it is better to plan ahead, if for some reason people neglect to book their car rentals early, they may benefit from the last minute deals that can be found on car rental websites at LAX. For those who make it a habit of procrastinating, they may be able to:

• Rent economy cars for as low as $17 a day,
• Compact cars can be had for $18 a day,
• Medium-sized vehicles for $19 a day and
• Large sedans for $27 a day.

To find great car deals, there is even a website that concentrates just on LAX. This website will take people’s information and compare it to every car rental establishment located at LAX. People will enter the same information that was described above, and cheap car rental deals will be returned to them. At this point, they have the opportunity to save even more money on their car rentals if they have a discount code for this particular website.

Sometimes, people have a specific vehicle they have in mind for their travels. Tourists may search for the lowest prices on these vehicles specifically from several different companies such as for:

• SUVS,
• Minivans,
• Luxury cars,
• Economy cars,
• Compact cars.

As people are planning their trips, they will want to find the best deals they can for their car rentals. With a little preparation, people can find coupons, rewards memberships and discounts for the car rentals that they desire. Even if people are not very good planners, they can find last minute deals they can reserve if they are booked to travel the next day.

The Ford Mustang Convertible

Tour one of the premier vacation spots in the country, sample exotic cuisines, enjoy stunning, sweeping views of gorgeous, sandy beaches, breathtaking sunsets, take the family to one of the many theme parks, or just go driving along the coastal highways.  For those of you planning a trip to Miami, there is no better way to see all the sights than by renting a car.  Though, finding the right rental car can take a bit of time, a little extra money, and knowing where to look for the best deal on the sports car can make your vacation truly memorable. My personal favorite for taking in the stellar panoramas of Miami and South Beach is the singular Ford Mustang convertible, preferable in a candy apple red.

When you rent any car, typically the first concern is budget, but the second concern is style.  Nothing is worse than trying to find a sports car and only being able to find a minivan available for rent.  First thing to do when you’re looking for a great rental car – give yourself plenty of time to find just the right fit for you.  Keep in mind the timeframe you need the car for – sometimes you can save some money by renting for a longer period of time or renting on certain days of the week.  If your travel dates are flexible, look into when you will be needing your hotel and car, and you can easily shave five to ten percent off your fixed vacation costs.  Also, keep in mind what extras you need, from GPS to satellite radio, always know what you’re looking for.  Often times, after I’ve secured a rental car, I call the car company and ask if they can include a few extras at little or no extra charge.  You would be surprised at how often you can score small upgrades for little or no charge by simply asking for them.

Next question you have is where to find such a pristine Ford Mustang to rent for your trip and how to make it fit your budget.  For me, a little research goes a long, long way.  From car dealerships to standard car rental agencies, there are many avenues you can use, but here are a few ideas off the beaten path – to help you find the best deal on the car of your dreams.  See what your credit card company can do – often times they have discounts that can save you money, they can also provide complimentary car rental insurance, saving you from purchasing it through the car rental provider.  Also, check with any clubs or memberships you have, often they can provide discounts for car rentals, or help you score more upgrades.  Do an online search for coupon codes for car rentals, check with your bank or credit union, there are plenty of discounts available, you just have to ask for them.

Explore the beaches, shops, parks, and unique eateries that Miami is known for and do it in style and do it at your leisure.  Seeing Miami at your pace, leisurely taking in all the fantastic sights and sounds from the drivers’ seat of a sleek Ford Mustang convertible will make this the vacation of a lifetime.
